I started my Etsy shop in the spring of 2020 while I was still a college student. The idea for my first word art drawing came to me while scrolling on TikTok. I decided to illustrate a famous movie character using only words. After posting that first word art portrait on TikTok, the positive feedback was overwhelming. People asked how they could buy prints, and that’s when I launched my Etsy store to offer high quality art prints of my original drawings.

Throughout college, I continued creating and sharing my word art illustrations on social media. What started as a creative side hustle quickly became something more meaningful. I’m incredibly thankful that I was able to balance my passion for drawing with my studies, and that people connected with my work enough to support it.

As a small business owner and independent artist, I’m so grateful for every order, every kind message, and every person who has supported my shop.
